Our Access Policy outlines how access is provided and what processes we have in place to evaluate, monitor, reflect and respond to users’ needs and develop our collection, facilities and services. We aim to make your visit to the Northern Ireland War Memorial as enjoyable as possible. Please let us know if there are any reasonable adjustments that we can make for your visit by contacting info@niwarmemorial.org or by telephone on 028 9032 0392 ext 1. Museum entrance and exit - The Northern Ireland War Memorial is a red brick building on the right-hand side of Talbot Street. On arrival there is a buzzer to gain access to the museum gallery. Please select the correct button on the buzzer and a member of staff will greet you at the door and show you to the museum gallery on the ground floor of the building. The buzzer and intercom systems are in a suitable position for wheelchair users. There is level access into and around the museum. The main door opens automatically. Visitors will have to go through two sets of doors to enter and exit the exhibition. Inside the Museum - The museum is always attended and staff are welcoming and can normally provide a short tour. We don't often play background music and the museum is normally a quiet space for visitors. Touch Tours and Braille Guide - Touch tours and tours designed for partially sighted visitors are available if booked in advance. For more information on touch tours, please email outreach@niwarmemorial.org or telephone 028 9032 0392 opt 3. Braille Guides are available on request from the reception desk in the museum gallery. Your Diagnosis
Before revealing the machine’s verdict, predict the BS score for each signal. Higher = more BS (more fluff, less verifiable substance). Drag each slider, then submit to compare your judgment against the engine.
Stuck? Reveal the heuristic lens — how the deterministic page-auditor reads each signal (no AI, pure pattern rules)
These are the structural rules a local, deterministic auditor applies — the same lens you can use to judge each signal. They describe what to look for, not this company’s result.
Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.
Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.
Count trust words (review, testimonial, rating, verified) against real outbound proof links (Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, Yelp). Lots of trust language with zero verification links is trust theatre. Unlinked logo galleries count against it.
Look at how much sentence length varies. Natural writing varies its rhythm; templated or mass-produced copy is statistically uniform. Very low variation reads as commodity content — unless unique named entities break the pattern.
Inspect the JSON-LD. Is there an Organization or Person schema, and does it carry sameAs links to real external profiles (LinkedIn, socials)? Missing schema or no identity declaration signals an anonymous entity.
Want to apply this lens yourself? The free BS Indicator Chrome extension runs these heuristic checks live on any page. Bear in mind it is a single-page, deterministic tool — it relies only on pattern rules for the page in front of it and does not perform the cross-page semantic correlation this audit uses, so its readout is a starting lens, not the full verdict.

Arts, Culture & Entertainment BS: Northern Ireland War Memorial Museum (www.niwarmemorial.org)
This is a benchmark for low-BS institutional communication. It prioritizes utility and historical record over marketing persuasion, providing specific, dated, and named evidence for every claim made on the homepage.
1. Increase the word count on the Collections and Learning landing pages to provide more context for the lists of items, reducing the ‘insufficient’ content flag. 2. Integrate specific Person schema for named researchers and officers to further strengthen the authority pillar. 3. Add H1 headings to the Accessibility and Collections sub-pages to improve technical structure and maintain formal consistency. 4. Provide a direct link to the digital archive catalog if available to maximize the proof of the ‘thousands of objects’ claim.
The website perfectly aligns with the Arts, Culture & Entertainment category, specifically as a historical archive and museum. The content focuses on collection management, educational programming, and public exhibitions rather than commercial entertainment.
“The low score of 11 is earned by the site's extreme specificity and current relevance; event dates are within days of the current analysis date (May 19, 2026). The few points lost are due to technical schema opportunities and thin content on a few landing pages, not the presence of bullshit. This site delivers exactly what it signals.”
This training module utilizes a snapshot of public data from Northern Ireland War Memorial Museum, captured on May 19, 2026, to demonstrate how machine logic evaluates different types of business narratives.
Purpose: This data is presented under “Fair Use” / “Educational Exception” for the purpose of forensic semantic analysis, allowing users to compare human intuition against machine-generated evaluations.
