Is it bad if I've already used it a month straight? A: If the DefenAge 7X Calming Complex is working well for you and your skin tolerates it, you can certainly use it daily. The "10–14 day full-treatment" recommendation is simply a guideline; it doesn’t mean more frequent use is unsafe. That said, it’s always good to monitor how your skin responds. If over time you notice dryness, irritation, or diminished benefit, take a short break, then resume if desired. Q: Why do you only use for 10-14 days 4-6 times a year? If it works for you, why can’t you use it all of the time? A: The 7X Calming Complex is recommended to be used in a full course for 10-14 days to effectively calm, restore, and balance the skin.
