I was very anxious but was made to feel very welcome, the surgery on the whole was spotless and all the staff I met were lovely. The dentist who removed my wisdom tooth (Luke) was so nice he made me feel at ease spoke me through what was going to happen and reassured me I would be fine. I was in and out no problems whatsoever and Lukes music choices certainly helped put me at ease. Thank you :)

hazzie russell 11:09 27 Jan 26 I’ll start by saying that communication could be better – it can sometimes be really difficult to get through to the practice on the phone. On my recent visit, my appointment was also 10 minutes behind schedule, which was a bit frustrating.However, I want to highlight how much I appreciated the dentist who treated me. As someone who’s always been scared of dentists, I felt incredibly comfortable throughout the whole process. They took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was at ease, which made a huge difference to me.Overall, while there are small areas where the practice could improve on organisation and accessibility, the care I received from the clinical team was excellent.

Christy Khames 10:31 17 Dec 25 Really nice practice. I had three teeth taken out at another practice (in preparation for a brace) and on the third tooth it went a bit wrong. Unfortunately the dentist made a mess of the extraction and It took a week to heal and be able to eat. I still had a fourth tooth to go and was referred to Ochilview instead. I had to pay privately so it was very expensive however the dentist got the tooth it in a very short time with little discomfort (the top of the roof injection being the worst part).It was a far better experience however what I would like to feedback is that I didn’t feel particularly reassured or cared for. It was very much in and out, despite noting I felt a bit nervous on the form. They weren’t unkind or rude but after such a horrible past experience I would have really appreciated a little bit more support.

My dentist referred me to Ochilview who were quick to contact me and set a date for coming in.The whole process was so smooth! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and its such a nice atmosphere.Everything was explained to me very thoroughly and the removal of the tooth was so quick.The surgery itself is cosy and warm and spotless.I would recommend Ochilview without hesitation.P.s some great music during the procedure too! Little touches like that make it a relaxing environment especially if you're feeling nervous.

Heather Dow 16:25 21 Nov 25 I cannot explain how much I cannot stand going to the dentist. I was stressing about it all week and went in today for my appointment. I was a week early ?. However, because I had an infection the very kind dentist still saw me. He cleaned out the tooth, filled it with a temporary filling and prescribed me antibiotics. All eventhough I had mid-remembered my appointment. I hope that this is the positive change I needed to get over my fear of the dentist. Thank you so much!

I feel very comfortable when visiting the surgery and have confidence in the dentist. Have also visited the hygienist. She was very informative explaining the procedure. I joined last week for a consultation the nurse was lovely explained things to me , so had app yesterday 3/7/25 saw the Dentist and the dental nurse two guys , they were both lovely explains what I would need done so app for next Thursday. I have never been to a dentist’s where they make sure you are comfortable relaxed and at ease. , and believe me I’ve been to a few . I would not hesitate to recommending this practice .

Heather Dow 16:25 21 Nov 25 I cannot explain how much I cannot stand going to the dentist. I was stressing about it all week and went in today for my appointment. I was a week early ?. However, because I had an infection the very kind dentist still saw me. He cleaned out the tooth, filled it with a temporary filling and prescribed me antibiotics. All eventhough I had mid-remembered my appointment. I hope that this is the positive change I needed to get over my fear of the dentist. Thank you so much!

I feel very comfortable when visiting the surgery and have confidence in the dentist. Have also visited the hygienist. She was very informative explaining the procedure. Once again I had all confidence whilst being treated.

I appreciate him being conservative rather than just going ahead. I've even gone back with Dr Tsai and had an even greater experience with him. Love these dentists!

I joined last week for a consultation the nurse was lovely explained things to me , so had app yesterday 3/7/25 saw the Dentist and the dental nurse two guys , they were both lovely explains what I would need done so app for next Thursday. I have never been to a dentist’s where they make sure you are comfortable relaxed and at ease. , and believe me I’ve been to a few . I would not hesitate to recommending this practice .

I was very anxious but was made to feel very welcome, the surgery on the whole was spotless and all the staff I met were lovely. The dentist who removed my wisdom tooth (Luke) was so nice he made me feel at ease spoke me through what was going to happen and reassured me I would be fine. I was in and out no problems whatsoever and Lukes music choices certainly helped put me at ease. Thank you :)

On my recent visit, my appointment was also 10 minutes behind schedule, which was a bit frustrating.However, I want to highlight how much I appreciated the dentist who treated me. As someone who’s always been scared of dentists, I felt incredibly comfortable throughout the whole process. They took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was at ease, which made a huge difference to me.Overall, while there are small areas where the practice could improve on organisation and accessibility, the care I received from the clinical team was excellent.

Christy Khames 10:31 17 Dec 25 Really nice practice. I had three teeth taken out at another practice (in preparation for a brace) and on the third tooth it went a bit wrong. Unfortunately the dentist made a mess of the extraction and It took a week to heal and be able to eat. I still had a fourth tooth to go and was referred to Ochilview instead. I had to pay privately so it was very expensive however the dentist got the tooth it in a very short time with little discomfort (the top of the roof injection being the worst part).It was a far better experience however what I would like to feedback is that I didn’t feel particularly reassured or cared for. It was very much in and out, despite noting I felt a bit nervous on the form. They weren’t unkind or rude but after such a horrible past experience I would have really appreciated a little bit more support.

My dentist referred me to Ochilview who were quick to contact me and set a date for coming in.The whole process was so smooth! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and its such a nice atmosphere.Everything was explained to me very thoroughly and the removal of the tooth was so quick.The surgery itself is cosy and warm and spotless.I would recommend Ochilview without hesitation.P.s some great music during the procedure too! Little touches like that make it a relaxing environment especially if you're feeling nervous.

hazzie russell 11:09 27 Jan 26 I’ll start by saying that communication could be better – it can sometimes be really difficult to get through to the practice on the phone. On my recent visit, my appointment was also 10 minutes behind schedule, which was a bit frustrating.However, I want to highlight how much I appreciated the dentist who treated me. As someone who’s always been scared of dentists, I felt incredibly comfortable throughout the whole process. They took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was at ease, which made a huge difference to me.Overall, while there are small areas where the practice could improve on organisation and accessibility, the care I received from the clinical team was excellent.

Christy Khames 10:31 17 Dec 25 Really nice practice. I had three teeth taken out at another practice (in preparation for a brace) and on the third tooth it went a bit wrong. Unfortunately the dentist made a mess of the extraction and It took a week to heal and be able to eat. I still had a fourth tooth to go and was referred to Ochilview instead. I had to pay privately so it was very expensive however the dentist got the tooth it in a very short time with little discomfort (the top of the roof injection being the worst part).It was a far better experience however what I would like to feedback is that I didn’t feel particularly reassured or cared for. It was very much in and out, despite noting I felt a bit nervous on the form. They weren’t unkind or rude but after such a horrible past experience I would have really appreciated a little bit more support.

Darrell Atkins 15:14 27 Nov 25 I have had a wisdom tooth which has been causing me trouble for a while now. My dentist referred me to Ochilview who were quick to contact me and set a date for coming in.The whole process was so smooth! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and its such a nice atmosphere.Everything was explained to me very thoroughly and the removal of the tooth was so quick.The surgery itself is cosy and warm and spotless.I would recommend Ochilview without hesitation.P.s some great music during the procedure too! Little touches like that make it a relaxing environment especially if you're feeling nervous.

Heather Dow 16:25 21 Nov 25 I cannot explain how much I cannot stand going to the dentist. I was stressing about it all week and went in today for my appointment. I was a week early ?. However, because I had an infection the very kind dentist still saw me. He cleaned out the tooth, filled it with a temporary filling and prescribed me antibiotics. All eventhough I had mid-remembered my appointment. I hope that this is the positive change I needed to get over my fear of the dentist. Thank you so much!

I feel very comfortable when visiting the surgery and have confidence in the dentist. Have also visited the hygienist. She was very informative explaining the procedure. Once again I had all confidence whilst being treated.

The dentist was really helpful and even managed to do a full scale and polish within my appointment which saved me having to come back.

Tracy George 16:30 13 Sep 25 I was referred to Dr Giresh for sedation due to my high anxiety. He was brilliant and I ended up with no sedation and no pain. I appreciate him being conservative rather than just going ahead. I've even gone back with Dr Tsai and had an even greater experience with him. Love these dentists!

Dr Bharadwaj did a great job with what turned out to be a bit of an awkward job and, which I really appreciated, he kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the process, as well as being good humoured (which always helps). 2 thumbs up.

I joined last week for a consultation the nurse was lovely explained things to me , so had app yesterday 3/7/25 saw the Dentist and the dental nurse two guys , they were both lovely explains what I would need done so app for next Thursday. I have never been to a dentist’s where they make sure you are comfortable relaxed and at ease. , and believe me I’ve been to a few . I would not hesitate to recommending this practice .

I have a real fear of dentists and visibly shake when I have to go. Dr Devika Panicker is patient and professional, would highly recommend anyone who is nervous about dentists to book with her.

Within the first few appointments, she sorted out some dental things that had been affecting my confidence for years, despite my previous dentist leading me to believe there wasn't anything I could do about it. Each visit, I leave feeling more confident and happy with my smile. Absolutely recommend 10/10

Dentist explained treatment and pricing before the filling was replaced. No pain or issues. Back out the door within 20 minutes. Just a pleasure going to this practice.
