Do you really address and mail the cards?

Yes we do! We're the only stationery company that actually addresses, stamps and mails all of the cards for you. The amount of time and hassle it will save you is immeasurable. It's truly game changing. We highly recommend.

Is mailing them by hand really that bad?

Yes. It's horrible. So horrible that we created an entire company to help people avoid it. Writing, stuffing, addressing, licking and stamping a large amount of cards becomes a full time job that can takes weeks or even months. Save yourselves!

Does the handwriting look real?

Yes. We have a collection of handwriting fonts so realistic that even your own mother will be complimenting your penmanship (we’ll never tell).

What if we want to write our cards by hand?

Also not a problem. We will respect your decision and send you a box of cards and envelopes just like any other online stationery company (only our cards will be infinitely cuter).

Funny you should ask. When we launched the Postable address book we had no idea it would take off the way it has. It just fills a very specific niche of making it easy to collect friends' mailing addresses. How do I design, address, and send cards with your platform?

After selecting a card you’ll enter our design portal and customize photos, messages, and fonts until you finalize the perfect design. Our address book houses all of your contacts in one secure place.

Can you help me gather and manage addresses for my mailing list?

Yes! We will provide you with an address collection form unique to your profile. You can send this link via text or email to your loved ones. Then their information will be stored in our secure address book.

Can I fully customize my card design, message, and font styles?

You can customize your card with a unique message written in a typed font or handwritten-style font! Not every single element of the card is customizable but we are confident that you’ll still love the final product!

How long will it take for my cards to reach recipients? Is delivery guaranteed?

Once an order has been placed, it takes about a week to reach the recipient. We mail cards the day after you place your order and then it takes anywhere from 2-6 days for the USPS to deliver the card to its final destination. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee delivery because once we mail the cards it’s up to USPS to deliver them to recipients.

Can I track the cards you mailed for me?

Yes! After you order, click the “Track Cards” button on your projects page or in your order history and you can see where each card is and its estimated delivery date. Please note that the USPS does not scan the card when it is delivered to the final address; the final scan is at the last post office. Therefore we assume that the card will be delivered the day that the final scan takes place (and 99.9% of the time it is).

What kind of paper and printing quality do you offer?

Our paper is always 100% recycled and very high quality.

Can I send cards to hundreds of recipients, and do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, you can send cards to hundreds of recipients and we offer tiered discounts that increase as you add more cards.

What happens if i need help with my order or encounter an issue?

Sending a card online doesn't mean you can't still send traditional snail mail. In fact, every one of our cards are real, hold-in-your-hand greeting cards that are guaranteed to make your recipient smile.
So to recap: you can send a card right now, online, and still send a real card via traditional snail mail. Cool, huh? So how can you make that happen?
1. Choose a greeting card. Take your time, we know how hard it is to pick just one when there are so many beautiful designs to choose from.
2. Write your message. Once you've chosen your card you'll be prompted to write your personal message. All of these cards are blank inside so you can write from the heart. Change the font to match your unique style and don't forget to test out a few of our different smart fonts that perfectly mimmick real handwriting!
3. Enter mail information. You're almost done! All that's left to do is for you to enter the mailing information of where you want your card to go. The envelope will be customized with this information and will match the font you chose for your message.
And that's it! All that's left to do is to click SEND!

You sure can. You can send as many cards as you'd like right now and schedule as many cards as you'd like for later. This is a great option if you'd like to schedule birthday cards or holiday cards to avoid forgetting to mail these on time.

Yup. We've created several unique [smart] handwritten fonts for you to choose from. Additionally, you'll be able to choose an ink color. These handwritten fonts are not ordinary –– they were created based on real handwriting and so exhibit real qualities like having a number of different versions for every letter. You sure can! If you're looking to customize an existing template, simply navigate to any of the card category pages from this list of cards and filter the page by customizable cards. Depending on the template, you'll be able to upload your photo to a customizable photo template card and change some of the text on the front design.
You can also always customize the inside of all the folded cards on this site -- the inside message is your opportunity to personalize however you'd like using any one of our smart handwritten fonts.

Good news, you've made it to the right place if you're trying to make your own photo card. Click the 'Get Started' button on this page to select the type of card you want to create (folded, flat, or postcard) along with the orientation and then all you have to do is upload your image file.
And voila! You'll be all set.
Once you've turned your photo into a card you'll be able to choose whether you want to mail it directly to a recipient or in a box to you.

[H4] How long will it take for cards to arrive?

With new state of the art printing partners, we're able to print and mail custom cards within 1 to 2 business days. With that said, we use the USPS to mail all individual envelopes (and most boxes of cards under a count of 20) which typically (during non-holiday seasons) takes 3 to 7 days to deliver domestic mail.

Nope.
Feel free to make your own card and send just the one. The beauty of making something so personalized and unique is the ability to make as many versions as you'd like. You can easily upload your own image to create a card to send to just one person and then upload another image to make a completely different card to send to someone else. As you're getting ready to upload your own image to create your own card, here are a few tips to making sure the quality of the print is spectacular:
Make sure any text you've designed on your own card is at least 8 pixels or larger.
Before uploading your image file, make sure the resolution is 300dpi and is no greater than 30mb. Even if the image looks crystal clear on your screen, double check that the resolution is high enough for printing.
