Discovery
First things, first. We need to learn ALL about you, the brand, the
project’s needs, your goals and intentions for it, as well as the
targeted users and dream buyers for the digital product. Once we
soak up all this crucial information, we will begin to build the
foundation for your digital product(s). Discussions between your key
stakeholders and our User Experience, Project Managers, and
Development teams will cement the goals for the product, define the
user personas, and flesh out the desired functionality for the
product. Please, whatever you do, don’t even think about skipping
this step.
Architecture
We take all the information we gathered in DISCOVERY and start
mapping out the framework for your digital product. Then, we hit you
up with our suggestions on the user experience and information
architecture, including a sitemap, core features, and functionality.
But also our recommendations on cool ways to display your content
that are intuitive, engaging, immersive, and integrated with your
social marketing platforms.
Creative
Now, we get fancy! The creative process takes center stage as we
design the look and feel of the product to appeal to the emotions of
the user. The visual aspect of the product is the user interface,
where colors, imagery, animation, illustration, typography, and
graphics establish the style of your product.
Development
Once the creative look of the digital product is approved, we let
our talented Development Team flesh out the design through coding,
programming, and other technical stuff. We get user input throughout
the development process, gauging their feedback, hearing their
concerns, and adapting as necessary to meet all of their needs. When
the user is happy and can find what they need easily, they will buy
what you sell and come back for more.
Assurance
Before we launch your shiny new digital product into the world, we
carefully review and test all aspects of the product, from
functionality to content, consistency, and connectivity. Once the
product has successfully passed through quality control, we give it
a kiss and launch it into the universe!
