Training Example: Designit – Review the Data, Give Your Score & Compare to the Real AI Evaluation

Industry Context — Common BS Fingerprints in Marketing, SEO & Advertising Agencies
Generic Claims: we grow businesses, results that speak for themselves, your marketing partner, proven track record…
Red Flags: guaranteed rankings or specific position promises, case studies with no client names or metrics, proprietary tools that are rebranded free tools, results claims without timeframes or baselines…
Semantic Drift Patterns: homepage claims data-driven but case studies show no metrics, claims full-service but team is three people, homepage targets enterprise but case studies are local businesses, claims proprietary methodology but describes standard practices…
Proof Expectations: named client case studies with before-and-after metrics, specific revenue or traffic numbers achieved, verified vendor partnerships with tier levels, team member profiles with specific expertise and career history…

Reimagining reach for a fast-scrolling generation

Designit is a call to action to make the difference we want to see in the world. Together with our partners, we blend a humanity-centred approach with the latest technology to respond to the challenges of a fast-evolving world and foster connections: within organisations, between brands and people, between humanity and technology.
We thrive on creating new solutions to complex problems. So, whether you come to us to solve something specific or want to explore the wide range of possibilities for your organisation, we use Innovation, Experiences, and Brand & Marketing to bring your ideas to life. Keen to dive deeper into what we offer? Check out our services here.

[H2] Responsible by design

Do No Harm is our guiding principle. It highlights our responsibility to not expose people and the planet to additional risks through our actions. To take a step back from an intervention to look at the broader context. At every stage of the project—from definition to launch—we use a framework to evaluate, reassess, and mitigate potential negative effects. It's our commitment to responsible and value-driven design, ensuring we futureproof the impact we create, reducing risks of harm today and tomorrow. Explore how Do No Harm can help you.

[H2] Different by design

As an important part of our mission, we want to help our clients to embed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) practices throughout their organisation. The aim is to equip employees, managers, and leaders with the skills, mindset, and materials to make inclusion a fundamental way of working that reflects in their products, services, and bottom line. Here’s our approach to DEI.

Your Diagnosis

Before revealing the machine’s verdict, predict the BS score for each signal. Higher = more BS (more fluff, less verifiable substance). Drag each slider, then submit to compare your judgment against the engine.

Information Density 0 / 30
Read the Narrative & headings: do hard facts (prices, dates, numbers) outweigh fluff power-words?
Semantic Coherence 0 / 20
Compare the homepage promise against the sub-page reality. Do they hold the same line?
Trust & Proof 0 / 20
Weigh review mentions against actual external proof links. Claims without verification = theatre.
Commodity Fingerprint 0 / 15
Check headings & narrative against the industry clichés in the setup above.
Identity & Authority 0 / 15
Inspect the schema: is there real Organization/Person identity with sameAs links, or gaps?
Your predicted BS score 0 / 100
💡 Stuck? Reveal the heuristic lens — how the deterministic page-auditor reads each signal (no AI, pure pattern rules)

These are the structural rules a local, deterministic auditor applies — the same lens you can use to judge each signal. They describe what to look for, not this company’s result.

Information Density

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Semantic Alignment

Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.

Trust & Proof

Count trust words (review, testimonial, rating, verified) against real outbound proof links (Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, Yelp). Lots of trust language with zero verification links is trust theatre. Unlinked logo galleries count against it.

Commodity Fingerprint

Look at how much sentence length varies. Natural writing varies its rhythm; templated or mass-produced copy is statistically uniform. Very low variation reads as commodity content — unless unique named entities break the pattern.

Identity & Authority

Inspect the JSON-LD. Is there an Organization or Person schema, and does it carry sameAs links to real external profiles (LinkedIn, socials)? Missing schema or no identity declaration signals an anonymous entity.

Want to apply this lens yourself? The free BS Indicator Chrome extension runs these heuristic checks live on any page. Bear in mind it is a single-page, deterministic tool — it relies only on pattern rules for the page in front of it and does not perform the cross-page semantic correlation this audit uses, so its readout is a starting lens, not the full verdict.

Integrate specific KPIs or percentage-based outcomes into the H3 project summaries to replace vague verbs like ‘reimagining.’ Add Person schema and professional links for the heads of the global studios mentioned in the footer. Formalize the ‘Do No Harm’ framework into a named, trademarked methodology to move it from a slogan to a proprietary asset.

The site aligns with a high-tier Experience Innovation and Brand Strategy agency. It transcends basic SEO/Marketing agency tropes by focusing on systemic design, aviation, and healthcare infrastructure, indicating an enterprise-level consultancy model.

“The score of 22 is driven primarily by the lack of raw performance data (Step 3) and the use of philosophical industry clichés (Step 4). The site is otherwise a model of substance, supported by an extensive global studio footprint and high-tier client list.”
