Especially with complex software like the WYSIWYG page builder from JoomShaper, I am surprised by the range of functions, the ease of use and that relatively few problems occur. If there are any difficulties in using the products, there is a good support available. Their advice is not always as helpful as expected, but nevertheless…… And probably it depends on the respective supporters, which quality the problem solution suggestions are. But the communication is always friendly. The documentation for the tools is also impressive; you can see the claim to keep it as complete and up-to-date as possible. And it really helps when working with the tools, which have a very good price/performance ratio. Whereby, one of JoomShaper's flagships, namely Helix Ultimate, can be used for free. That’s really great! And if you’re interested, a look at the source code from the programmers shows clean work with a programming style I’d like to see in other products.
