(i) have an active soundcore Nebula account;
(ii) provide a valid email address that you own and can access;

1. soundcore Nebula will collect and process participant and referee data (e.g., names, email addresses, and referral link usage) to operate the program.

3. Referral data will be retained for the duration of the program and deleted within six months after program termination.

1. Cashback rewards are typically treated as discounts and not taxable income. However, participants are responsible for confirming their tax obligations with local authorities. If you receive other income payments over $600 or more during the year, this must be reported on Form 1099-MISC (US).
2. soundcore Nebula is not responsible for providing tax advice or documentation beyond confirmation of reward payments.
3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall soundcore Nebula be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, statutory, exemplary, punitive, or other indirect damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use damages, even if soundcore Nebula has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that soundcore Nebula's maximum aggregate liability arising out of this Agreement will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00) or the maximum cashback amount you received in the last one year from the date of acceptance of these Terms, whichever is greater. This limitation shall apply to any and all liabilities or causes of action however alleged or arising, including, but not limited to, negligence, breach of contract, or any other claim whether in tort, contract, or equity.

Our 2025 Extended Holiday Returns Policy applies to orders placed between November 12, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Items purchased within this period can be returned until January 31, 2026, or within 30 days after receiving the product, whichever is later. This policy covers all products purchased directly from the official www.seenebula.com website. While the return window will be extended, all other return conditions and eligibility criteria remain unchanged. Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase, excluding Corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product will be considered a bulk order.）Once the returned item arrives back in Nebula’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

To initiate a return, you will need to submit a return request. Please have your order number and the email address used for the purchase ready. You can start your return here.
If you have a Nebula account, you can manage returns directly through your order history. Guests who do not have an order number can register for an account using the email address associated with the purchase. This allows you to access your order history and manage returns.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Nebula or Nebula’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
Nebula’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.
Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through Nebula’s authorized distributors and retailers are handled through Nebula.
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

● Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
● Nebula must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
● The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
● It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection
Valid proof of purchase:
● Order number from online purchases made through Nebula or Nebula’s authorized resellers
● Sales invoice
● Dated sales receipt from an authorized Nebula reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price
Please note more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).
Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe or 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.
Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:
● Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
● Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
● Buyer’s accidental returns
● Returning personal items

Nebula is not liable for:
● Loss of data incurred from use of Nebula products
● Returning personal items sent to Nebula
When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Nebula, Nebula takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Nebula does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
