FAQ GENERALE TDP & CPU Socket Compatibility Support Warranty Coolers Cases Power Supply Unit Accessory I have a DeepCool air cooler, and I am getting a CPU Fan error. What can I do to resolve this issue? There are a few things that you should check it you are getting a CPU Fan error:1.Make sure that the fan connector is plugged securely into the CPU Fan header.2.Test if the CPU Fan header is faulty by plugging in another fan, and seeing if the CPU Fan error is thrown again. If it does get thrown again, it is likely the sensor on the motherboard that is the issue. 3.Make sure the fan speed is not too low. Go into the BIOS and increase the fan speed if it is low.4.Use compressed air to clean the dust off the fan to clear out any obstructions. My DeepCool cooler comes with pre-applied thermal paste. Should I add more? The pre-applied thermal paste is the proper amount of thermal paste that should be used for your installation. Adding more paste is not necessary, and can actually introduce other issues involved with using excessive thermal paste. You would just need to replace the thermal paste after every year of usage. My DeepCool cooler comes with standard RGB. The RGB connector is a 4 pin connector, How do I get it to work with an 3 pin ARGB header? The cooler is advertised to be Aura Sync compatible. There is a significant difference between the way ARGB and RGB technologies function. ARGB utilizes 3 out of the 4 pins, and is pinned as +5v, Data, empty, and Ground. Standard RGB uses all 4 pins, and is pinned as +12v, Green, Red, and Blue; where each of the 3 last pins control the amount of the corresponding color that is to be displayed at any given time. Aura Sync is a lighting software suite from ASUS that can control both ARGB and standard RGB, but you would need the proper interface to control the respective technology. The power button on my new case is not operational. How can I troubleshoot the problem?1. Please make sure the power cord is connected securely to the power supply and the power outlet. Ensure the power supply switch is on the ON position (add a picture of the switch).2. Please double check that the PW SW connector is properly seated on power SW pins of the motherboard.3. Please pull out PW SW connector, and short the PW SW pins on the motherboard by using screwdriver. If you can not boot up the PC, then there could be an issue with the motherboard or PSU. If it powers up, then there could be an issue with the power button module or PW SW jumper.NOTE: Shorting the wrong pins can damage components. If you are not sure if you have everything plugged into the right places, please get professional assistance. How do I remove the front panel of my DeepCool case? The front panel is secured by expansion clasps and can be removed by pulling the bottom of the front panel cutout slightly away from the case. The USB ports of my DeepCool case is not functioning. How would I fix this problem?1.Please double check whether the USB connector is correctly connected to the corresponding interface of the motherboard. (USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 are marked on the motherboard).2.Please plug the USB device directly into the USB port at the rear I/O of the motherboard, or replace other USB devices to confirm whether the USB device functions normally.3.Mobile HDDs require a lot more power than other USB devices. Due to the cable overall length (front-end interface cable + mobile hard disk cable). the power at the drive may not be sufficient. It is recommended that HDDs be plugged into a USB port directly on the motherboard's rear I/O panel, or supply the external drive with more power.4.If the USB ports still does not work, it is recommended that you request an RMA for the offending part. 🔗 Identity & Technical Layer — schema JSON-LD: identity chains, entity gaps (Identity & Authority)
Your Diagnosis
Before revealing the machine’s verdict, predict the BS score for each signal. Higher = more BS (more fluff, less verifiable substance). Drag each slider, then submit to compare your judgment against the engine.
Stuck? Reveal the heuristic lens — how the deterministic page-auditor reads each signal (no AI, pure pattern rules)
These are the structural rules a local, deterministic auditor applies — the same lens you can use to judge each signal. They describe what to look for, not this company’s result.
Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.
Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.
Count trust words (review, testimonial, rating, verified) against real outbound proof links (Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, Yelp). Lots of trust language with zero verification links is trust theatre. Unlinked logo galleries count against it.
Look at how much sentence length varies. Natural writing varies its rhythm; templated or mass-produced copy is statistically uniform. Very low variation reads as commodity content — unless unique named entities break the pattern.
Inspect the JSON-LD. Is there an Organization or Person schema, and does it carry sameAs links to real external profiles (LinkedIn, socials)? Missing schema or no identity declaration signals an anonymous entity.
Want to apply this lens yourself? The free BS Indicator Chrome extension runs these heuristic checks live on any page. Bear in mind it is a single-page, deterministic tool — it relies only on pattern rules for the page in front of it and does not perform the cross-page semantic correlation this audit uses, so its readout is a starting lens, not the full verdict.
Based on 830 businesses audited.
DeepCool has 4.5 points less BS than the average for Software, SaaS & Tech Products.
Software, SaaS & Tech Products BS: DeepCool (deepcool.com)
DeepCool is a rare example of a tech site where the support documentation is more impressive than the marketing. While the website’s technical shell is aging and structurally flawed, the core information density is high enough to satisfy a professional enthusiast. It is a ‘no-nonsense’ hardware repository currently hampered by poor schema implementation and a lack of outbound verification links.
Immediately implement Organization and Product JSON-LD schema to bridge the authority gap and allow for rich snippets in search results. Replace generic H3 slogans like ‘SILENT STRENGTH’ with specific performance metrics such as ‘120mm PWM Fan – 18 dBA’ to move further from industry clichés. Add direct outbound links to the Gamers Nexus and Matt Lee reviews to convert ‘Trust Theatre’ into ‘Verified Proof.’ Fix the heading hierarchy so that the browser upgrade warning is not treated as a primary H3 content element.
The website accurately reflects its classification within Tech Products, specifically PC hardware and thermal solutions. The content provides granular technical data such as pinout configurations and TDP compatibility that confirms its role as a hardware manufacturer rather than a generic software provider.
“The score of 28 reflects a 'Low BS' rating, driven by exceptionally high Information Density and Semantic Coherence. The score is prevented from reaching 'Minimal BS' status due to the lack of structured data and minor trust theatre issues regarding unlinked testimonials. The high technical substance in the Knowledge Base (Pillar 1) significantly offset the template-heavy footer sections.”
