First of all this company is so amazing. I got to speak with them and they are so honest and so transparent and have so much integrity. Second, these products are uniquely clean/safe/natural, in searching for something like this I’ve run into companies using antimicrobial finishes—how creepy is that especially given the sensitivity and importance of our natural microbiota, like that’s not only insane, it’s extremely stupid. Being able to be comfortable, being able to have security and not having to deal with chemicals or glue or constantly dealing with tampons has 100% gotten rid of the dread of an upcoming period because I know it’s not going to be that big of an inconvenience now and I know I’m not going to lose sleep due to inefficient fem. products. I am so grateful to this company and their products are so well-made. I recommend these to everyone with a uterus. This is what people should be using, and after trying these, conventional period products suddenly seem like archaic torture devices and suddenly makes you realize how women have been neglected by the industry well into the 21st century. And if you want them to last a bit longer when you’re wearing them, you can literally just take a napkin or a little bit of toilet paper or anything like that and like change that every so often to help assist just to extend the life of it so to speak it really just gives you so much more comfort, ease and control. These are amazing. I highly recommend investing in them, it’s worth it. Plus, it’s one of those things where it’s like initially it’s a big expense, but you don’t have to constantly buy them all the time and that will definitely translate for me anyway as saving quite a bit of money as time goes by, like I am already feeling the relief of not having to think of or budget my next period product purchase, it’s awesome. Heavy Flow Sampler [IMG: Heavy Flow Sampler] Sarah 03/17/2024 Pros and Cons After 3 Years (Okay Mostly Pros) I ordered GladRags back in the beginning of 2020. Ironically, I didn't know I was 3 weeks pregnant when I ordered them, and it was about a year before I was actually able to use the pads I had ordered. Here's what I've found I like and don't like about them in 3 years of use. Pros: They work! They absorb a surprising amount of blood, so I have been able to change my cloth pads during the day at what I feel is a reasonable rate for period care. They don't get smelly while you're wearing them like disposable pads do, even with sweat and heat. They are soft and don't chafe my inner thighs or catch on pubic hair. Well-made; been using them for three years for every period and none of them have broken or come apart at the seams. I look forward to seeing how long they keep it up. Versatile absorbency; I can layer two or three pads and/or inserts on the first days of my period and nothing soaks into my underwear if I keep an eye on it, but on lighter days I use just one pad at a time safely. Fairly easy to care for once you've gotten used to adding them into your laundry routine. Nothing complicated about laundering them. Cons: Sometimes a pad will slide out of position and get wedged at the back or front of my underwear; I have to surreptitiously wiggle it back into place or just go into a bathroom to reposition it if I'm out in public. Doesn't happen every time I wear one, but it's frequent and could use some design innovation to stay in place. Possible the newer pads with a different shape don't do this as much, but keep in mind I'm reviewing the pads made in 2020. Using reusable cloth pads while traveling can get a bit messy and takes a lot more work and preparation than using disposables. It's not impossible by any means, but it's certainly more difficult when you have to think about how much space they take up while traveling, whether you'll take the time and materials to hand wash and air dry them on the go, or if not, how you will store dirty smelly pads until they can be washed. All in all, they've been wonderful reusable pads, and I've recommended them to friends and family when commiserating over the woes of our monthly scourge. Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.
Semantic Alignment
Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.
Trust & Proof
Count trust words (review, testimonial, rating, verified) against real outbound proof links (Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, Yelp). Lots of trust language with zero verification links is trust theatre. Unlinked logo galleries count against it.
Commodity Fingerprint
Look at how much sentence length varies. Natural writing varies its rhythm; templated or mass-produced copy is statistically uniform. Very low variation reads as commodity content — unless unique named entities break the pattern.
