Industry Context — Common BS Fingerprints in Business Consulting & Coaching
Generic Claims: unlock your potential, take your business to the next level, proven results, trusted by Fortune 500 companies…
Red Flags: income claims without substantiation, vague methodology with proprietary branding but no substance, no named clients or anonymized case studies only, consultant biography with no verifiable career history…
Semantic Drift Patterns: homepage claims Fortune 500 experience but case studies are small businesses, claims data-driven but no methodology or metrics framework described, homepage targets C-suite but offerings are entry-level workshops, claims industry specialization but serves every sector…
Proof Expectations: named client case studies with measurable outcomes, specific revenue or efficiency improvements with numbers, named consultant credentials and career history, verifiable corporate experience at claimed companies…

[H2] What I do for Organisations
Working 1:1 with current or future leaders, I help them to identify blocks that are holding them back from peak performance.

By identifying blocks and overcoming them, your leaders are free to make significant progress unencumbered by whatever may be holding them back.

Our sessions can be either worked with or without a third party - ie: someone who the coachee reports into or responsible to. The benefit of a third party is agreement on the coaching goals and outcomes and additional accountability.

SUB-PAGE (https://possible.ie/faq/) FAQ | Possible Coaching
[H1] FAQ
I am always happy to answer any questions you or your organisation have about coaching in general or how I work.

Here are answers to frequently asked questions.1 Who do you work with?I work predominantly with current and future leaders across FinTech & Financial Services. This does not preclude me working with others but it is the space in which I do most of my work.2What do clients come to you for?Clients come to me when they feel like they could do or be more. It tends to be a niggle, a feeling or seeming like something has changed. Typically clients are looking to boost performance or reignite a fire.3What does a typical engagement looks like?I do a minimum of 4 * 90 min sessions for individual clients and 6 * 90 min sessions for organisational engagements over Zoom (in person can be arranged). Most clients find this number of sessions sufficient but some will do additional sessions.

These sessions start with creating an agreement in terms of how we will work together and goals for the engagement allowing us to measure progress toward those goals over the course of the remaining sessions. 4What clients do you work best with?Clients who report getting the most from a coaching engagement are open to going beyond their comfort zone. They are prepared to be honest and trust the coaching process and are ready, willing and able to be open.5How much does it cost? For individual clients, 4 * 90 min sessions cost €1,000 including VAT. Pricing for organisations differs depending on the engagement - please contact Paul for additional information.

[H1] HR Business Partner, Global Fund Administrator
[H1] "I contacted Possible to work on some personal career development goals I was considering. In working with Paul, we managed to distill these into some concrete actions and track during our meetings. Without being directive, Paul helped me "keep honest" with myself and monitor my progress. Your Diagnosis

Before revealing the machine’s verdict, predict the BS score for each signal. Higher = more BS (more fluff, less verifiable substance). Drag each slider, then submit to compare your judgment against the engine.

Information Density 0 / 30
Read the Narrative & headings: do hard facts (prices, dates, numbers) outweigh fluff power-words?
Semantic Coherence 0 / 20
Compare the homepage promise against the sub-page reality. Do they hold the same line?
Trust & Proof 0 / 20
Weigh review mentions against actual external proof links. Claims without verification = theatre.
Commodity Fingerprint 0 / 15
Check headings & narrative against the industry clichés in the setup above.
Identity & Authority 0 / 15
Inspect the schema: is there real Organization/Person identity with sameAs links, or gaps?
Your predicted BS score 0 / 100
💡 Stuck? Reveal the heuristic lens — how the deterministic page-auditor reads each signal (no AI, pure pattern rules)

These are the structural rules a local, deterministic auditor applies — the same lens you can use to judge each signal. They describe what to look for, not this company’s result.

Information Density

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Semantic Alignment

Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.

Trust & Proof

Count trust words (review, testimonial, rating, verified) against real outbound proof links (Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, Yelp). Lots of trust language with zero verification links is trust theatre. Unlinked logo galleries count against it.

Commodity Fingerprint

Look at how much sentence length varies. Natural writing varies its rhythm; templated or mass-produced copy is statistically uniform. Very low variation reads as commodity content — unless unique named entities break the pattern.

Identity & Authority

Inspect the JSON-LD. Is there an Organization or Person schema, and does it carry sameAs links to real external profiles (LinkedIn, socials)? Missing schema or no identity declaration signals an anonymous entity.

Want to apply this lens yourself? The free BS Indicator Chrome extension runs these heuristic checks live on any page. Bear in mind it is a single-page, deterministic tool — it relies only on pattern rules for the page in front of it and does not perform the cross-page semantic correlation this audit uses, so its readout is a starting lens, not the full verdict.

44 BS / 100

Possible Coaching is a rare example of a coaching site that uses niche targeting and price transparency to kill most of its bullshit. It is held back from a ‘Minimal BS’ score by a lack of technical authority (poor schema) and the inclusion of high review counts that have no verifiable external path. It is a legitimate boutique service that needs to trade its ‘Trust Theatre’ for ‘Trust Proof.’

Integrate Person Schema with sameAs links to the founder’s LinkedIn and ICF credential page to close the authority gap. Replace the ‘Testimonials’ text-only blocks with links to the original LinkedIn recommendations or third-party review platforms to eliminate Trust Theatre flags. Add one or two specific ‘Client Story’ sections that quantify a result (e.g., ‘Assisted a FinTech COO in reducing turnover by X%’). Update the Homepage meta-description to include the founder’s full name to improve identity signals.

The site content strongly aligns with the Business Consulting & Coaching industry, specifically targeting a niche in FinTech and Financial Services. The presence of specific pricing, engagement durations (90-minute sessions), and industry-specific career history (recruitment and executive search) confirms a high-fidelity industry match.

“The score of 44 is driven largely by the Trust and Proof pillar (17/20) due to the presence of 59 unverified reviews and a lack of external proof paths. Semantic Coherence is nearly perfect (1/20), preventing a higher score. Identity and Authority gaps (10/15) also contribute, as the site lacks professional schema and expert verification links.”
