[H2] About Me My coaching style [H2] A BIT ABOUT ME I’m originally from dear old Skibbereen (West Cork) and now living with my girlfriend Úna in Galway (with a slight detour in Limerick & Kerry along the way). I’ve always had a keen interest in fitness from underage soccer, running, weightlifting, hiking, adventure races, kayaking and surfing. Turning my passion into a career as a qualified fitness coach has been the best decision I’ve made. I’ve personally found exercising and mindfulness to be a saviour for both my physical & mental health and I’m so passionate about enabling others to experience the benefits of being active. This can take many forms for different people but just as long as you’re enjoying it – that’s the main thing.
