Professional information, non-public education information and certain information related to protected classification characteristics (e.g., age, race and gender) collected in connection with our recruiting activities or your participation in our alumni network and related events;
If you are an alumnus or alumna of Kirkland and you elect to use our alumni website, the Website may allow you to provide us with a photo of yourself which constitutes biometric information under applicable privacy laws; and
Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as information regarding your use of the Website (e.g., cookies, browsing history and/or search history), as well as information you provide to us when you correspond with us in relation to your inquiries.
3 How we obtain your Personal Data
In connection with operating the Website, we obtain your Personal Data from the following sources:

5 With whom we share your Personal Data
We do not sell or rent any of the Personal Data we collect about you to third parties.

8 Data subject rights under European data protection legislation
This Section 8 is relevant to you to the extent that your Personal Data is protected by the GDPR or equivalent European data protection legislation. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws in the European Economic Area, including the GDPR, each Kirkland entity will be a data controller of any Personal Data collected by us.
