Beccles opticians in Suffolk.We are now located at 1 Smallgate, just across from our old practice in Exchange Square (in the old NatWest bank and beside Twyfords café) in Beccles. Our new premises are much larger and accessible, with automatic double doors. It is the same company and the same people, just a lot more space. We offer audiology services including free hearing tests, ear wax removal and hearing aids. We were thrilled to be named the UK’s best Independent Optician at the prestigious Optician Awards. Our sister practice in Southwold went on to win the same award two years later, making us the only optician in the UK to win this award twice!Beccles was also a finalist for Best Fashion Practice in the UK in 2021. Whilst there is no parking at the practice, there are four spaces in front and there are two car parks close by – one in Newgate (NR34 9QA) and one in Hungate Lane (NR34 9TL) – both are a two minute walk away. Beccles train station is a five minute walk.

There is no parking outside the Haverhill practice. The closest parking is Lower Downs Slade paid car park CB9 9DZ which is about a 1 minute walk, along the footpath beside the large green and brick building (try to spot the church steeple and take the path towards that). When you reach the road, we are just across the street.

Queen Street in Ipswich is now pedestrianised so you can no longer park in front of the practice although you can still drop off. However, there are two car parks within a 2 minute walk. Cromwell Square car park, 14 Cromwell Square, IP1 1TS is an outdoor, paid car park. Buttermarket car park, Falcon Street, IP1 1SL is covered and paid.
